Commercial Warranty
The Keystone Fitness commercial warranty is intended for those facilities where equipment experiences regular daily use of greater than 8 hours. Such facilities include commercial health clubs, personal training studios, community centres, or any other dues-paying facility. Also included in this group of commercial facilities are schools, hotels, condos, emergency services facilities, and corporate wellness centres, as well as many other non-dues paying facilities.
Our commercial warranty is outlined below:

Residential Warranty
All of our products are commercial grade and built for constant use, yet many of our customers purchase our heavy duty equipment for residential or personal use. We understand that the amount of daily use in such a setting is much less than in a commercial facility, we therefore increase the duration of coverage on all ware items to 6 months.
Our residential (personal use) warranty is outlined below:

Limited Warranty
Keystone Fitness warrants to the original purchaser that our commercial refurbished products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Keystone Fitness will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part at no charge to the purchaser. Keystone Fitness will also cover the labour costs associated with the repair of any defective items for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Ware items such as belts, bearings, bushings, decks, pedals, upholstery, hand and foot grips, and cables are excluded from the limited warranty.
Additional Notes
Keystone Fitness does not warrant the performance of heart rate systems on our products, as the performance of such systems will vary depending on the user and other factors. Wear items include such components as belts, bearings, bushings, brushes, electrical cords, decks, pedals, seats, upholstery, hand and foot grips, and cables.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to items that are aesthetic in nature, the appearance of which has been damaged from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of normal maintenance, abnormal handling or improper installation, or which has been altered or modified in any way. Keystone Fitness is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defect(s) in the product. The warranties described above shall represent the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and within the time indicated above shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Keystone Fitness to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims. In no event shall Keystone Fitness be held liable for in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a Keystone Fitness Technical Associate or authorized service contractor.
