The power on our machine kept flickering on and off. Keystone was helpful to troubleshoot and promptly shipped us a replacement part and some instructions on how to fix it. No issues since then.

Hard to find anyone that will sell stairmasters with a warranty other than Keystone.

We saved a bunch buying a refurbished stepmill stairmaster. There are cheaper options like the SM3 for home use but not the same feel as what we are used to.
