Unlock advanced training modes for Strength Training, including Overload, Chains, Burnout and Pertubation.

With a software membership, you can also track your data and plan your workouts using the XS1 and OxeFit app.

At the end of your membership period, you can renew your membership or choose another membership type, at which point a monthly cost will apply. Your initial membership period is activated when your XS1 device is shipped.

The 250+ strength-training exercises, trainer-led classes, workouts and programs for Strength Training, SkiCross and our HydroFit activities, as well as advanced training modes for Strength Training, are only available to users with an active software membership.

If you decide not to renew your membership after the initial membership period, you can still use Freestyle Mode to perform your own exercises by leveraging the hardware capabilities of the XS1. Freestyle Mode allows you to set up your own strength training exercises by leveraging the hardware capabilities of the XS1. With Freestyle Mode, you decide on the cables, accessory and weight you’d like to use. The cardio activities in your package can also be performed in Freestyle Mode, providing the freedom to workout as you see fit.
