Keystone's Refurbishment Process Explained

For over 20 years we have been providing customers with the near-new name brand name equipment at a fraction of the cost using our tried and true four step refurbishment process.

Step 1: Cleaning and Inspection
Equipment is first inspected to ensure no damage or safety concerns. It is disassembled and cleaned thoroughly.

Step 2: Sanding and Painting
To give the equipment a brand new look, it is fully sanded to metal and professionally painted.

Step 3: Component Replacement
Any mechanical parts worn more than 20% or non functioning electronics are replaced. Consumables such as batteries, cables, decks and belts are always replaced.

Step 4: Assembly and Final Inspection
The machine is reassembled to factory settings. It is fully tested for functionality and noise before leaving the store to ensure you get a reliable product.
