All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Keystone Fitness Equipment Inc.

All equipment is the property of Keystone Fitness Equipment Inc. until paid in full.

Any orders unclaimed after 30 days of invoice date, without authorization for Keystone Fitness Equipment Inc. will be considered abandoned. All abandoned equipment will be made available for resell without any refund, reimbursement or compensation to the buyer.

All orders cancelled after 24 hours (“Cancellation Period”) of placing an order (full or partial payment) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts. Any order returned after picking up or receiving delivery, will be also be subject to 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To return your item, you must ship it to 7700 Keele St Unit 8 Vaughan, Ontario L4K 2A1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us via email ([email protected]).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
