Pallet Shipments and Package Deliveries: We offer pallet shipments for larger items, delivered through curbside delivery by appointment, while smaller items are delivered to your door by trusted carriers like UPS, Canpar, ICS, and Purolator.
Tracking Information: Upon shipment, we’ll promptly email you the tracking details, ensuring you can monitor your order’s progress.
Delivery Transit Times: Delivery transit vary across Canada and typically range from 1 to 10 business days based on your location and chosen shipping method. We’re committed to expediting deliveries while ensuring the safety of your items.
Free Shipping Policy: Items marked with free shipping have a portion of the cost allocated towards shipping. This allocation generally covers most major cities in Canada. Due to the vast size of Canada, free shipping may not apply to every location. If shipping costs exceed the allocated amount, you’ll receive an email outlining the cost difference. At that point, you can either pay the additional fee or request cancellation of the order.

Shipping Outside of Canada: Additionally, we may ship outside of Canada when it is a certain product. We only accept wire transfers or certified cheques as a form of payment for international orders.

When we receive equipment, we thoroughly function test it. If a machine is fully functional we resell it as “Used” on clearance and pass savings on to our customers.
Used equipment is ideal for residential or personal use, where the machines will not be exposed to the regular usage they are originally built for. Used equipment may have some minor cosmetic flaws or noise, but will not affect the performance of the machine. We do no recommend purchasing “used” equipment for commercial usage.
Used machines have a 30 days warranty.
“Refurbished” equipment is restored to new-like mechanical and cosmetic condition.
Equipment is dismantled, sanded and repainted, internal components are thoroughly inspected and any worn or damaged parts are replaced. Consumables such as decks, belts and batteries are always replaced. The machine is cleaned, reassembled and tested.
We recommend refurbished equipment for facilities, institutions and gyms where customers expect consistent usage throughout the day. Refurbished machines have a 6 month warranty.
