We offer a comprehensive warranty on all our products including refurbished products, which covers parts and labor for a specific period. Warranty details vary depending on the product, so please refer to the individual product pages for more information.

Yes, we offer flexible financing options to make it easier for you to purchase the fitness equipment you need. For order sizes less than $10,000 the best method is you use Affirm BuyNowPayLater at checkout to receive a real-time quote and financing plan based on your application. For larger order sizes and commercial lending, we recommend visiting our “Financing” page in the website footer to start an application.

Generally, any in stock items especially smaller parcels will ship in 1 – 2 business days. Given the nature of our products larger items such as ellipticals, treadmills and strength machines can take 1 – 5 business days to pack and prepare for shipping. Transit times vary across the country but most areas can be delivered in 2 – 7 business days. 

Any items not in stock, including custom made or made to order items have varying lead times for production. If you are ordering any made to order equipment, please talk to our sales team (sales@keystonefitness.ca) to get an accurate estimate of lead time.
